Great company, ethical, reasonable, quick and efficient. Chris Smith and Jim Smith went over and above what was expected. They put hardwood flooring in my kitchen and replaced some old carpet on my basement stairs. Highly trustworthy. I am very happy that I found them. Would highly recommend Smith Family Flooring!

Chris and team did a great job tearing out our old carpet and laminate in the basement and installing new LVP. Crew was in and out on the same day. Thanks Chris!

This is a late review, but nonetheless, I wanted to come on and provide one. Christian and this company were exceptional to work with. We had laminate plank flooring installed, replacing carpeting right before summer in May 2026. Not only was Christian very responsive when our previous flooring company never followed through on the job, but he also was very thorough from start to finish of the job. He was extremely upfront before starting the work and would contact immediately while completing the job. The job was predicted to take 4-5 days and it was done in 3. My husband and I were very impressed by everything. Our home now looks more elevated and the floor perfecting withstands pets and dirt, plus the easy cleanup. We would highly recommend going with Smith Family Flooring LLC.

I am very thankful I decided to hire smith family flooring. Chris came to our home for the estimate and provided us with floor samples .He was very informative. Professional knew what he was doing answered all my questions, he went out of his way to provide us with a good selection of flooring samples that matched our kitchen floors. He was able to provide us with the estimate during the same week. We needed to remove the living room carpet since we have 3 far dogs that bring a lot of dust from Outside. We also wanted to avoid all of the carpet cleaning with kids in the house. Chris was able to come in to our home to do the installation with days after meeting with us. He was easy to book and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a company to work with, that can answer all Of your question and do their job with a good time manager. This is the company to work with,. we love our new floors and the cleaning process is super easy. He even recommended us the right products to keep the floors in good condition. Thank you Chris, the boys said you made our home more beautiful. .

Will definitely call him again when I'm ready to do another floor.

I was so pleased with the job Smith Family Flooring did. We needed our floor ripped up due to water damage and the previous owner had glued the flooring to cement. Smith Family Flooring went above and beyond to help us. They were professional and extremely helpful.

Absolutely wonderful to work with!! He pays attention to detail, makes sure the work is done as quickly as possible, and is very transparent about what he is doing and why. We live in a very old home with very uneven floors, and we had to get a little creative at some points, but he always came with awesome suggestions for how to make it still look great. Showed up exactly when he said he would each day, and was very communicative about when he had to leave quickly to go get suppliers, etc. HIGHLY recommend !

Kitchen and whole-home flooring reviews

We are so happy that we found Smith Family Flooring to complete our kitchen. Chris contacted us immediately upon inquiring, was at the house the very next day for an estimate and we had our floors installed three days later. After having a terrible experience with the big corporate chains, it was a relief to find Chris. You don’t find many people who aim to please their customers anymore. If you want an honest vendor who will go above and beyond for his customers, then Smith Family Flooring is the way to go!

Chris is a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive when I first inquired about flooring and answered many questions from me during the time we worked together. Chris always came exactly when he said that he would. He has done absolutely beautiful work and installed flooring in my entire home in three days! On top of all that, he's just an all around nice guy!
